This variety's tiny gourmet green beans are best eaten when picked every 2 or 3 days, while still very young and before any strings develop. A traditional French heirloom, (fin de bagnol means shoestring), they've been a favorite throughout Europe for decades. The dwarf plants are prolific and do well in cool soil. They're bush beans, quick to produce, easy to harvest.
