Heavily savoyed leaves with a superb dark green color and contrasting ivory stems that make an excellent alternative to spinach. The flavorful leaves are thick and tender, making an appealing steamed vegetable or a colorful addition to stir fries. Plants grow 28" high with 2½" wide stalks and produce abundant crops all season.
