Heshiko bunching onion is a Japanese heirloom, non-bulbing, onion type of scallion that produces tender, pungent, flavorful leaves, with 12-14 inch white stalks. This onion divides at its base making it a productive plant for great harvests.  Great to use in omelets, soups, stir fries, and as a fresh topping on ramen. This variety is also very hardy and is great for overwintering.
